Job Description
Are you eager to combine your software development expertise with hands-on experience on real-world machinery? Join us as a Software Engineering Intern in the Solutions Engineering Team at Danfoss Power Solutions’ Application Development Centre in Nordborg, Denmark.
As part of the Global Innovation and Development team, you will work at the forefront of innovation, designing machine systems and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize the control and performance of equipment such as forklifts, tractors, and loaders.
We are looking for a candidate who can start in February, 2025 for a period of 5-6 months.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, specify, and document software solutions tailored to customer requirements using our generic software platforms.
- Contribute to production-oriented software development processes.
- Collaborate closely with system engineers, test engineers, and fellow software developers.
Background & Skills
- Currently enrolled in a B.Sc. or M.Sc. program in Engineering.
- A passion for developing embedded software.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Matlab Simulink, or similar tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A proactive approach to learning and self-development.
- It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of electronic hardware together with a basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
