About the Team
You lead a team of dedicated, international and diverse individuals who are collaborating
closely with business lines to successfully launch and promote differentiated products in the market. This entails developing a comprehensive and effective brand strategy that encompasses launch execution, campaign and communication development, commercial training, and more. You will be working closely with business lines, markets and regions to ensure well-coordinated and impactful product launches tailored to regional needs.

What you will do

    Team Leadership:
    • Team Management: Lead and manage multifunctional team of 6 including Brand and Campaign Managers, Content Managers, Commercial Audiology & Training Managers
    • Creates a climate where people do their best and recognize the value that different perspectives bring.
    • Creates an efficient and scalable organization and ensures the team can adjust to changing demands.

    Brand Strategies:

    • Brand strategy: Accountable for the Brand Strategy, incl. developing the long-term brand plans and annual Strategic Marketing Plan.
    • Brand price positioning strategy: Work closely with Business Lines to develop pricing strategies that align product differentiation with brand positioning.
    • Portfolio strategies: Work closely with Business Lines to translate portfolio strategy into brand strategies and coherent business line strategies.

    Brand Positioning and Communication Plans:

    • Brand positioning: Craft and maintain differentiated brand identity.
    • Brand communication: Prepare plans for campaigns, targets, channels, price, communications for branded product launches ensuring that the communicated value of the products is clear and compelling.
    • Consistent Messaging: Ensure all communication materials consistently reflect the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.

    Market Preparation and Launch:

    • Launch execution: Execute on product launch strategies through target marketing campaigns and market assets, working with business lines to create marketing collateral.
    • Campaigns: Develop and qualify Campaign Value Propositions and create new product campaigns and assets. Work closely with business lines, markets and Regions to execute on campaigns.
    • Sales Training: Develop training materials and programs to educate sales reps on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages based on market execution inputs from Business Lines.

    In-market management

    • In-market monitoring: Collaborate closely with the regions to monitor performance.
    • Marketing optimization: Apply corrective marketing actions as needed to improve performance.

Experience

    • Minimum of ten years’ extensive experience in brand management, in an international customer-centric organization
    • Track record in product launches and in taking markets on a clear journey to success
    • Strong experience in independently and successfully leading strong brands
    • Experienced in stakeholder management and effectively working in a matrix organization
    • A good sense for the needs of the local sales organization
    • International, ideally global work experience
