In the line of a growing organisation, you will join our HR department, which encompasses all aspects of HR – from recruitment, leadership development, and employer branding to labor law, benefits & incentives, GDPR, EDI, climate surveys, and ESG.
Recruitment will be at the heart of your role, where you’ll ensure an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish. This includes managing the administrative aspects of talent acquisition and facilitating a smooth and professional interview process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job ads for various channels and with your service minded personality you will support them in screening and selecting candidates. Additionally, your interest in headhunting will help us attract top-tier talent.
Besides the recruitment process, you will lead the development and execution of our onboarding program, ensuring new employees are effectively and professionally onboarded into the organization. Building strong relationships is one of our core values, making a thoughtful and engaging onboarding experience a key success factor in this role.
You enjoy handling administrative HR tasks and take pride in being the driving force behind updating our HR system, ensuring all documents are securely stored in compliance with GDPR. With a strong interest in systems and HR data, you are organized and detail-oriented. You gain energy from building HR data, enabling insights that support strategic decision-making. With your passion for systems and data, you will play a key role in ensuring that our HR processes are both efficient and data-driven, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Your key contributions:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create engaging job ads that attracts talents.
- Handle the administrative tasks of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Screen, select, and assess candidates, ensuring alignment with team dynamics and organizational needs using the Thomas International DISC assessment
- Use headhunting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Develop and execute a structured onboarding program to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment and onboarding processes in line of the steep company growth
- Manage our HR system Emply to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GDPR
- Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications:
We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner who is eager to learn and driven to grow. Success in this role does not require extensive experience but a passion for development and a proactive mindset. Over time, we expect you to naturally grow into the HR Business Partner role. If you have 1-2 years of HR experience, it is certainly an advantage, but not a requirement. Ideally, you bring relevant experience from a student job or similar, such as:
- Recruitment A-Z
- Experience with personality assessments - preferably Thomas International PPA Assessment/DISC
- Structured mindset
- Business driven mindset and keen to learn
- Our business language is English, so we expect you to speak and write English at an advanced level. It is also expected that you speak and write Danish.
