Junior Consultant - Emendo Engineering
Are you our new talented Jr. Consultant for Emendo Engineering in Odense?
Emendo means improvement, which is the essence of what we do. Emendo Engineering is committed to enhancing existing and new production in Life Science industries (Pharma, Food, Biotech etc.). By combining the right technical project management and engineering expertise, we support clients in planning and executing complex projects, always focused on creating good stories.

About the position
As a consultant in our upcoming office in Odense, you will support a variety of engineering and project management tasks related to design, tendering, construction, and improvement projects. Your workweek will be dynamic, ranging from desktop-based tasks to hands-on coordination on-site. You will also have the opportunity to shape your assigned projects based on your previous experience and interests.

We expect the following profile:

• You have a technical background at bachelor or master level, with a specialization in civil engineering, mechanics, production & automation, chemical engineering and biotechnology or similar.

• You have 0-4 years of work experience, and it is an advantage if you are familiar with heavily regulated industries such as food and/or GMP environments.

• You thrive in a fast-paced, professional, project environment with a steep learning curve.

• You aspire to work with design, commissioning, test and qualification of either production facilities, utilities, or equipment.

• You are willing to accept travelling time, due to projects across the country.

Moreover, you bring the following to our team:

• A pragmatic and proactive approach to project work

• Familiarity with project management tools including schedule and budget control.

• Interest in advancing your current engineering specialization and set of skills.

• Solid verbal and written communication in Danish and English, as well as presentation techniques at a high level.

• Experience with technical drawing programs CAD and BIM

• Natural curiosity, assertiveness and strong work ethics.

• Organizational skills needed for an everyday work life full of challenges, varying tasks, and different business partners.

Given that our work tasks primarily take place at our customers' sites, you are expected to be flexible in terms of transportation.
