Commercial Business Controller, Arla Denmark - Aarhus

Location: Viby J, DK

Are you ambitious and passionate about working with commercial business and finance? Then you may be our new finance colleague in Arla Denmark, Finance.

It is our task to be a progressive sparring partner for the commercial business in the Danish market and create value for both our customers and for Arla Foods, through high-quality analysis and thoughtful im-pact calculations. You will be based in Aarhus and join a finance team of 13 compassionate and dedicated colleagues. You will take up a role with strong ties to the commercial business.

How you will make an impact
Your job will range from business controlling related tasks to Business Partnering towards the local Marketing teams in driving and managing their commercial agenda in Arla Denmark. More specifically, you will:

• Ensure accurate month-end and financial forecast for Marketing
• Monitor and control marketing spend
• Lead monthly performance dialogues across categories and brands
• Conduct business case analysis and support
• Ensure yearly commercial business planning and target setting support
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and be a trusted business partner, providing financial guidance and support
• Provide ad hoc support for marketing regarding various financial analysis and insights

What will make you successful
The key to success in this position is your proactive mindset with strong analytical skills, and your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Thus, we imagine that you:

• Hold a master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related business field
• Either just graduated or have 1-2 years of experience
• Are business and detail oriented, proactive and consistent, while having a great desire to create results and change in close collaboration with your colleagues
• Are a skilled team player who is friendly and outgoing
• Are super user in Excel and have an interest and natural flair in data analysis and modeling, and thrive working with big data sets and numbers
• Preferably have experience in PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Power BI, VBA, SAP, etc. This is, however, not a requirement
• Are able to communicate clearly and concisely in English
