Production Assistant

We grow our production in Asnæs. Will you grow and develop together with us supporting our purpose of “Connecting a greener world”?
At NKT in Asnæs, we are expanding our production significantly by building complete new production lines while we are committed to keeping our present 24/7 production up and running. Hence, we need you to support production management by ensuring optimization projects are implemented and followed up. The position requires a local presence at the production site to work closely with the production team.

Optimize and maintain the production
As a Production Assistant, your daily tasks will be to support the production by e.g. following up upon 5S initiatives and structure. You will assist the KPI reporting by gathering data, reporting and following up with initiatives to support our main focus areas. Besides, you will take the lead in working on designated optimization projects to ensure a more optimal production flow. Your contribution will be vital to the progress and outcomes of our production activities.

Your main area of responsibility will be

• Optimize and implement Standard Operating Procedures
• Lead and facilitate implementation of optimization projects
• Reporting of KPIs, incl. gathering data
• Maintain KPI boards to secure information to the operators
• Support Health & Safety reporting in the production
• Ability to analyze, be creative and collaborate at all levels

Further, you have the experience to keep a good overview of many tasks at hand while being conscious of quality and safety.

We believe that you have:

• A technical education and understanding
• Proven experience working in a technical production environment
• Fluently in Danish and English
• High competence in Microsoft Office, SAP and relevant IT programs like AutoCAD or Caddy
