Sæther Nordic Group is searching for the right candidate to take over the role as Nordic Visual Merchandising Manger within the Clarins Division. Are you up for the task?
In this position as Nordic Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be a key person in the Nordic Sales & Marketing team reporting to the
Nordic Sales- & Marketing Director. You will be part of an exciting and fast-moving environment, where balancing brand building with a commercial mindset and execution excellence is key. You will drive and support the brands we distribute from idea creation to in-store execution based on your knowledge in combination with guidelines defined by Nordic Marketing, Local Marketing or brand owners.
You will set the strategic in-store plans and prepare the execution of planned permanent and temporary in-store activities in the markets. This includes Nordic guidance to ensure alignment in the markets and practical tasks to secure perfect execution in stores.
As Nordic Visual Merchandising Manager you will have full responsibility for results, operations and developing your tasks.
The responsibilities and tasks you will perform to be successful are:
- Drive the Nordic planogram strategy and guidance creation
- Set the planograms for the most prominent Nordic customers
- Submit all permanent and temporary requests to brand owners
- Consolidate all needs for Nordic/local POS material and be responsible for the production
- Develop a roadmap for local production of POS material and find cost synergies
- Ad hoc project management and in-store activities
- Continuous update of insight on the Nordic/local distribution and how to drive in-store excellence
What we expect from you to be successful in the job:
- You have a relevant education at min. Bachelor level
- Relevant business experience, knowledge from Beauty or FMCG is preferred
- Negotiation skills
- Structured multi-tasker
- Strong practical execution abilities, interest in understanding and adapting to local market
- A commercial and analytical mind set
- Fluent in English and one or more of the Nordic languages
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365 – especially Excel
