MAN PrimeServ DK is a strong aftersales- and service business with a strong supply chain. The atmosphere here is informal and focused on customer and optimization. We are serving international customers, primarily in the marine industry.

You will become a part of a newly established and growing OneDK Claims team for MAN PrimeServ DK, MAN Energy Solutions. The first focus in the team, and an overall project, is to streamline the claims process in PrimeServ DK for customers and suppliers.

You will play an important role in:

• Create and register complaints, returns, new deliveries and supplier requirements
• Ensure good customer service
• Handle ad hoc claims tasks
• Building and describing procedures and processes for claims processing

As a Claims Coordinator, you will get a wide contact area, both with customers and colleagues, when you are handling our complaints and quality matters. You will help customers by doing a good and effective service, in a work environment that is unceremoniously and developing.

In collaboration with the claims team, it will be your responsibility to ensure a quick and efficient processing of complaints. With the team, you will cooperate in a close dialog with the quality department, customers and colleagues when you use your experience to understand the reason for the inquiry. In this way, you ensure the most optimal complaint handling and your day is centered around the administrative tasks this entails.

As this is a newly created function in PrimeServ DK, there will be plenty of opportunities to influence and set the direction for our future complaints function. We encourage you in collaboration with the claims team, to introduce good ideas for optimization in the area and ensure higher quality of claims processing.

Are proactive with a structured and quality-oriented approach to your tasks. You can work independently, meet deadlines and have a good business understanding. Besides, the following applies to you:

• Good written communication skills in Danish and English
• Good conversational tone and can explain things in a simple way
• You are an independent, motivated learner and a collaborative team player
• Good organizational skills and can maintain an overview, even with many balls in the air
• “people person” who likes to engage and communicate with many different people
• Familiar with SAP is seen as an advantage but not a requirement
