Commercial Director to lead growth in the Spanish market

You will play a central role in leading and developing our position in the Spanish market. Through close collaboration across the organisation and departments, you will ensure an efficient and future-proof business area that supports our ambitious goals.

More specifically you can look forward to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Spanish market
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients in the Spanish market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry.
• Manage sales budgets and ensure revenue targets are met
• Represent s360 at industry events and conferences
• Stay on top of the latest trends and developments within digital marketing

About the team
In this newly established role, you will report directly to Managing Director Andrej Plancic. As a part of our new team you will help shape the growth of our new office and contribute to building a culture that thrives on innovation, teamwork, and the shared goal of delivering exceptional results for our clients. You will join a cross-functional environment that will allow you to work alongside professionals with different expertise.

Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you bring experience from the advertising industry to take on a central role in establishing and shaping a new market. You have a commercial and strategic mindset, but you can also get hands-on when needed.

We expect that you have:

• Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role, preferably in advertising, digital marketing or ad-tech industry
• Deep understanding of the Spanish advertising market
• Strong network of contacts in the industry
• Direct or indirect management of sales representatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation
