The position
In the role of Business Analyst, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of Novo Nordisk and the dynamic business processes tied to Energy Solutions. You'll be entrusted to take the lead in your designated areas, independently driving coordination and development in close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of our organization. This role offers opportunities for strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to shape and enhance your position based on your unique strengths and interests, aligning with our strategic objectives, and delivering tangible results.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

• Drive, develop and actively communicate our initiative on digitalization of underground utility data. Including coordination with consultants.
• Drive and develop the initiative of Knowledge Management across Energy Solutions
• Ad-hoc business analyses and business support

Even though physical presence in Denmark at the office in Bagsværd will be required, please do expect some travel days to respectively our sites in Kalundborg and Hillerød.

Qualifications

• Strong command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and affinity for smart ways of working using internal AI solutions
• Ability to hold leaders, colleagues, and yourself accountable for deliverables.
• 1-5 years of experience with business support, communication, project management and/or business development
• Fluency in English and/or Danish as this is a requirement, and you also demonstrate excellent writing and presentation skills
• Experience from business support, analysis, or consultancy as well as knowledge within the utilities sector will be an advantage, however, not a requirement.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas visually and a general knack for visual communication is a plus

You have a strong quality mindset and result oriented work style, you are structured and proactive, and you are driven by coordinating various data processes including consolidation of data. Also, you need to be comfortable following-up with and holding leaders, colleagues, and yourself accountable for deliverables. You thrive in an ambitious environment where results are important, and you can work independently.

About the Department
In Energy Solutions, with approximately 100 employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering end to end utility distributions and infrastructure for our production facilities. We drive expansion projects as well as stable operations on electrical power and thermal energy on our Danish Production sites. We give high level of responsibility from day one and you will experience a continuously steep learning curve, where your own aspirations set the boundaries.

The job is anchored in the Energy Solutions Concept team, which is a cross functional supporting team, developing concepts that will work across utility types and geographical sites. The team, being new, small and growing, has a wide array of responsibilities, a professional mindset and excitement for what we do. You would be our fourth team member, and apart from working closely together within the team, you would be working closely together with other corporate functions, technical specialists, finance, and senior stakeholders across all of Novo Nordisk.
