We offer a great opportunity for a new student worker to work in a large company and an international environment while learning about the regulatory affairs activities and the world of probiotics and dietary supplements.
The position is of 15 hours per week at our Hørsholm site. We have free parking options, and the bus 150S runs right to the door and 500S has a stop close by. You will have the possibility to work flexibly from home when you are well into the job.
Welcome to the Human Health Biosolutions (HBB) Regulatory Affairs EMEIA team
In our department we are responsible for ensuring that our products comply with the food and/or drugs regulations in the markets that our Human Health BioSolutions business operates.
We are responsible for the overview of applicable legislations, handling of registration and licensing of the company's regulated products, monitoring the evolution of those legislations, and supporting sales team and customers on regulatory related queries. We are present in all parts of the organization, securing market access continuity.
You will be working together with good colleagues who love what they do and are always ready to share their knowledge and experience. The HHB Regulatory Affairs team is a group of just over 30 people, spread over 3 regions: Americas; EMEIA and APAC and split into three pillars: Advocacy and Intelligence; Regional teams and Global Coordination. You will be working directly with colleagues from both the EMEIA regional team and the global coordination team. You will interact with Danish colleagues and with peers from other countries as well.
In this role, you'll make an impact by…
….supporting the Human Health BioSolutions business using your food science/ biotechnology/life science knowledge. You will support the regional and global regulatory affairs team that has daily interactions with multiple departments.
Your main tasks are:
- Coordinate the procedure to legalize documents required for product registrations worldwide for probiotics produced in DK.
- Support to EU regulatory assessments and overviews.
- Assist in regulatory documentation and in building databases.
- Support the HHB Regulatory Global Coordination team with functional improvements to a regulatory SharePoint site and ad hoc pharma related tasks
- Help prepare regulatory material (presentations, other) upon request.
Who are we looking for?
We imagine that our new student worker is studying within the fields of Food science/biotechnology/life science and is currently enrolled in university. We are looking for someone who can work on average of 15 hours per week. We do offer flexibility when your studies require more attention at agreed times.
In terms of personal and professional competencies, we see that you are:
- Interested in working with Regulatory Affairs and IT systems and data (such as Excel, Teams and SharePoint).
- Organized and well-structured.
- Fluent both in written and spoken English and have good communication skills.
- Open-minded to administrative and repetitive tasks.
- Attention to details.
