Are you ready to make a significant impact in a global organization? We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead HR Business Partner to support our global Shared Sales organization within the Danfoss Climate Solutions segment.
About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement impactful HR initiatives that drive success in our fast-evolving and dynamic sales organization. As an integral part of the global sales leadership team, you will be the trusted HR advisor to the Sales President, working closely with regional HR leaders and specialists to support a truly global team of approximately 1,000 employees. You will have access to a dedicated HR support and specialist team to assist you in your responsibilities and execution.

Job Responsibilities
As a Lead HR Business Partner, you will:
• Align HR initiatives with business and market priorities.
• Partner with leaders to enhance team and individual performance.
• Drive organizational design and talent development.
• Foster continuous improvement through creative problem-solving and innovation.
Your Focus Areas:
• Drive organizational development and effectiveness.
• Coach and advise senior leaders.
• Continue implementation Growth Mindset.
• Manage strategic workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identify and develop talents.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
• Analyze organizational metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee critical HR processes, including salary review and performance schemes.
Background & Skills
What We are Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR leader, or senior leader with a strong focus on HR.
- Solid experience in an international environment.
- Experience supporting a global sales organization (preferred).
- Master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- Expertise in various HR functional areas.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a cross-cultural, matrixed organization.
- Fluent in English and willingness to travel occasionally.
