Are you passionate about leading, streamlining, and optimising our IT Asset Management lifecycle processes and ensuring strong collaboration with vendors and colleagues alike?

This is an exciting opportunity with a global reach where you get full ownership of orchestrating the strategic outlook for several products as well as ensuring we deliver impact short- and long-term.

This is a fixed term contract running from 1st February 2025 until 28th February 2026. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
Preferably you have a couple of years of experience within IT Asset Management because you will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational optimization some of our hardware lifecycle stages on a global scale. Moreover, you will also structure and optimize the connected lifecycle data points to support our Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) budget and forecasting processes.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Maintain and optimize the end-to-end asset lifecycle stages with a special focus on automation and ensuring seamless, user-centric and efficient processes to heighten productivity.
  • Maintain and optimize the lifecycle data points to ensure validity and support the finance processes.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with internal partners and our vendors on a continuous basis.
  • Liaise with our finance colleagues and the vendors to ensure potential invoice errors gets corrected.
  • Support shipping processes on a global scale.
  • Manage ad hoc tasks.

Play your part in our team succeeding
You will be part of our Hardware Asset Management team which is in our Infrastructure organization in the Digital orginasation in the LEGO Group. Our team consists of 7 employees and we support and collaborate closely with various technical product teams, covering network and hardware assets ranging from PCs, phones and printers to firewalls, routers and access points.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work in an agile setup as part of our Colleague Device team. We’re currently 4 specialists supporting this product team, covering devices, telephony and internet. You will be responsible for supporting and leading some of our asset products alongside the Engineer, who is supporting the technical parts and the Lead Engineer who is responsible for the products' roadmap.

We are a diverse group of people who have a high degree of professionalism, and we always strive to deliver high quality results, but we also love to send GIF’s, crack jokes and drink coffee at the Barista. Spoiler: We have three baristas at LEGO Campus and coffee is free!

Do you have what it takes?
You could come from multiple backgrounds, e.g. IT, Procurement, Purchasing, Finance, or the like, and have ended up working with IT Asset Management through various career paths.

The most important for us is that you:
You have demonstrated experience and can show results of how you have streamlined and optimized the end-to-end asset lifecycle for a physical product. Can show us what good looks like for IT Asset management and know how to structure, automate and optimize processes whenever possible. Have experience bridging a technical field, purchasing, and finance and ensuring a structured and efficient setup. Can easily build strong relations with people across different functions and levels, internally and externally. Are curious, positive, and have a can-do approach to your tasks and ways of working.
