Role summary:

In this role, you’ll be the mastermind behind identifying and closing capability gaps across the board. You’ll own the charge in implementing a competency framework that supports the skills needed to navigate our multi-category environment like a pro.

But that’s not all! Future-readiness is your mission, and you’ll achieve it by harnessing the power of data. You’ll dive into leading data analysis and evaluate the impact of our learning programs, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in delivering our SFP strategy.

Accountabilities/ your day to day:

  • Team up with the Head of Function (HoF) to build a truly admirable internal Market Capability review forum! We’ll dive deep into mapping out individual and multi-skilled B2B2C talents, spotting those capability gaps, and setting our priorities straight. This isn’t just about identifying gaps; it’s about defining our capability-building priorities and rolling out Global Smoke Free Products (SFP) and commercial capability programs for all the key players.

Imagine a forum where ideas flow freely, and every skill is mapped out to perfection!

  • Join forces with the HoF to craft and launch Global SFP and commercial capability plans. We’ll ensure that all CCO and B2B2C channels are on point, aligning with our strategic goals and Must Win Battles. This means timely priorities and programs that are not just implemented but are strategically crafted to hit the mark.

Picture a flawless integration of plans that drive us towards our goals with precision and flair!

  • Dive into data by collecting and analyzing learning and assessment info using empowering dashboards. We’ll measure the impact and performance of our programs, spot efficiency gaps, and keep our learning and development programs fresh and relevant for the entire Danish team.

Think of it as our very own data-driven adventure, where every piece of information helps us fine-tune our strategies and make informed decisions.

  • Build a sound structure for upskilling by collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and outstanding external global partners. This will supercharge our market learning agenda and sync it with global objectives.

  • Be an innovator by challenging the status quo, breaking down silos, and confidently speaking up for the sake of boosting our organization’s knowledge and skills. Who we are looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent in Business Management, HR, Organizational Development or Education Management.
  • 4+ years of Capability Building / L&D / Knowledge Management (KM) experience across commercial functions (Digital Consumer, Customer Care, Commercial Ops / Product Development).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish.
  • Broad experience of development of capability strategies and plans, global program- & system development and deployment across a multi-category market.
  • Program communications and engagement experience across functional teams and key collaborators.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities paired with strong implementation skills while being at ease with standards and methodologies in L&D/KM.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to work both independently and in team-based environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to narrate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to lead and work with a human-centric approach.
  • Problem solver who thinks creatively to find solutions with a track record of successful results’ delivery.
  • Strong experience in deployment of online/offline learning solutions.
