The position
As our new Project Manager, you will play a prominent role in Fill & Finish production Expansions, designing and driving IT/OT standards for our new QC Modules, accelerating implementation across global sites. Acting as module lead towards one of the sites, you will be driving day-to-day activities leading to successful implementation of IT/OT standards for the QC module, with the aim of achieving global simplicity and scalability. You will be working closely together with the Site Expansion Lead responsible for the program management across the different modules, while also collaborating closely with our QC IT/OT specialists and the process group in continuously developing the QC standards.
Key responsibilities:
- The point of contact in the QC module for the expansion site and take ownership and assist in managing QC project tasks & supporting the IT/OT team in achieving project milestones
- Expansion Site Lead in outlining the scope, deliverables and timeline for the QC module
- Coordinate and align with the stakeholders’ dependencies, change control and execution of standards
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies & monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects
As the expansion program has a global scope some travel may be required, expected at 1-4 weeks a year.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. E.g. Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic & computer, Information & communication technology or similar
- Experience in applying project management principles with exceptional communication skills and proven record in stakeholder management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working with the GMP environment would be advantageous
- Knowledge of connectivity between equipment and IT systems will be an added advantage
- Adaptability to changing environments and the ability to co-create solutions that drive value to the company
About the department
IT & Automation is a department within DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions. We are a program organization built in a matrix structure to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
Our offices for Fill & Finish Expansions are located in Kongens Lyngby.
