Your Impact
Join us for an exciting internship where you’ll collaborate with the Head of People Experience and the PX Partner to boost employee engagement, strengthen our culture, and elevate internal branding.
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Employer branding Intern to assist in developing and promoting efficy’s internal brand, with a particular focus on content creation for our Learning Management System (LMS), internal communications, and employee experience events.
This hands-on role is perfect for creative minds passionate about communication, content creation, and organizing impactful events. If you’re ready to make a real impact on workplace culture, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
- Create and maintain high-quality content that aligns with efficy’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visuals and written materials.
- Collaborate with the People Experience (PX) team to develop engaging content that showcases efficy’s values, culture, and initiatives.
- Design multimedia content for efficy’s Learning Management System (LMS), including videos, interactive modules, and graphics to support employee training and development.
- Regularly update efficy’s intranet with fresh and engaging content, such as articles, videos, and graphics, to keep employees informed and connected.
- Help organize resources and initiatives that strengthen employee connection with efficy’s culture and values.
- Collect employee feedback on internal branding efforts, events, and LMS content, and analyze engagement metrics to refine and improve these initiatives.
About YOU 💫
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Design, Psychology, Communications, Digital/Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Excellent English skills. Proficiency in any additional language, including your native one, is a plus.
- Proficient in video and image editing software's (e.g.: After Effects, Photoshop or other free software's). Social media knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent Canva skills is a must.
- Enthusiastic about employee engagement, creative, empathetic, and eager to connect with others.
- Strong communication and digital communication skills.
- Skilled in organizing events and knowledgeable about employer branding or team-building strategies.
- Available from February 2025 for 6 months with an internship agreement from your university.
- An Erasmus student with a valid visa or based in Brussels.
