In a newly re-established function, our Digital Analytics team supports Saxo’s awareness and acquisition departments focusing on marketing and onboarding activities. The team is technically and analytically founded owning several technical solutions with the purpose of tracking, learning and enhancing Saxo’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Funnel Analysis & Optimization: Collaborate with the onboarding team to analyze customer journey funnels, identify drop-off points, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.

• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns, website performance, and customer behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. In collaboration with stakeholders, generate insights and findings through comprehensive dashboards and analyses and communicate it to stakeholders.

• Strategy Development: Aid in developing and implementing strategies for marketing optimization, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer segmentation. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to support Martech-related questions and initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to enhance team performance and achieve business objectives.

• Data Handling & Visualization: Leverage your expertise in SQL and PowerBi to handle and visualize data, ensuring stakeholders have access to clear and actionable insights.

Your Profile:

• 3 years+ experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Analyst or in a similar business process improvement role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and PowerBi or similar for data handling and visualization.

• Experience with Adobe products like Analytics, RT-CDP, Target or Customer Journey Analytics is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical and communicational skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
