We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration & Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our Denmark and Norway offices, while contributing to the Nordic Excellence Service Function. You will be a key player in managing all aspects of HR administration and payroll, working closely with our payroll team and external payroll provider.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full outsourced payroll process, from employee data entry and updates in SuccessFactors and HRx to delivering final payroll input to our external provider
- Respond to daily HR and payroll inquiries from employees
- Guarantee compliance with all relevant tax and legal regulations
- Provide support to HR Managers
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to our pension broker regarding new hires, terminations, and maternity leave cases
- Create purchase orders (POs)
- Undertake various ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR and Payroll systems
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
Your Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration, with payroll processing experience highly preferred
- Experience with payroll processing, ideally within a larger international organization
- Proficiency with HR and/or Payroll management software, such as SAP Business
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish
- Ability to understand written Norwegian and Swedish
- We report in English which is also spoken daily in the office
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
- Accounting experience is an advantage
