Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll responsible for designing, building, and implementing new IT solutions that ensure integration, performance, security, and compliance within our HR systems. You will be instrumental in supporting, stabilizing, and enhancing our SuccessFactors Employee Central solution.

You’ll be part of People ART team where you, together with your colleagues, will interact closely with highly skilled Human Capital Management (HCM) resources working on IT solutions including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and other HR applications. You’ll play an important role in:
- designing end-to-end HR solutions that integrate with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite
- ensuring our solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
- supporting, stabilizing, and enhancing the Employee Central solution
- identifying areas which can take our business to the next level in our HR digitalization journey
- converting HR/Business requirements to IT and implementation partners while building strong relationships across all levels and functional teams
- advising on best practices and providing support to HR to ensure smooth transition for all updates.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a solid technical understanding and strong hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central experience along with other application that connect with the HR IT landscape
- have experience in providing 2nd and 3rd level support in SuccessFactors EC
- have technical knowledge of replication and migration of data from SuccessFactors EC to SAP ECC and other systems
- have the capability to identify and resolve issues in Employee Central
- have a business-oriented mindset, and are excited about how IT can enable Human Capital Management (HCM)
- are service minded and capable of adapting to the point of view of the end-user
