Pandora is embarking on a significant end to end value chain transformation, called Program HERO, aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall supply chain resilience – and above all securing the right products available for people’s loves.

As the Change Manager for HERO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable adoption of o9, our new planning solution across Pandora; delivering on our end to end value chain transformation ambitions. This will involve taking lead of the change management track to orchestrate and execute on change activities. Collaborating closely with leaders, specialists and planners, you will develop and apply an end-to-end change approach to implementation towards our colleagues in Crafting and Supply in Thailand, Merchandising, Global Supply Chain and Digital & Tech, as well as our Retail stores across the world. Additionally, you will act as a change management strategic advisor to our senior leaders and to drive the Integrated Planning transformation.
Responsibilities include:
The role is a good mix between strategic and hands on – providing an opportunity for you to set the stage for the overall change management strategy and direction, and then bringing it to life!
Change Management Strategy Development:
- Develop the overall change management strategy and plan that aligns with the program phases
Communication Strategy Development and Content Creation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the program objectives.
- Craft clear and engaging messages and content (such as newsletters) tailored to various stakeholders, including leaders, planners, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders, planners, and key stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify communication preferences and needs.
Change Impact Assessment:
- Collaborate with program team to conduct change impact assessments, identifying potential challenges and resistance to change.
- Develop mitigation strategies to address identified concerns.
Training and Development:
- Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and deliver training programs for leaders and planners.
- Ensure that training materials are aligned with the communication strategy.
- Guide SMEs on best-practice for training material creation
Resistance Management:
- Proactively identify sources of resistance and develop strategies to address them.
- Work closely with change agents to address concerns and promote a positive attitude towards change.
Feedback Mechanisms:
- Establish feedback mechanisms to gather input from stakeholders at various stages of the program.
- Analyze feedback to make continuous improvements to the communication and change management strategy.
Program Integration:
- Integrate communications and change management activities seamlessly into the overall program plan.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure alignment between program timelines and communication milestones.
- Creating a change management plan with milestones, activities, gates etc and holding program team accountable on meeting those expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and HR, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to change management.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication and change management efforts.
- Regularly report progress to program leadership and stakeholders.
What is needed to succeed:
- Successful track record in leading teams through the entire change management lifecycle, including
- Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Management, awareness-building, engagement strategies and follow up on change readiness and adoption
- Demonstrated experience in managing global system implementations, navigating complexity, and identifying organisational impacts.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and executing on global transformations
- Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at working with global process owners, technical teams, and business representatives
- Strong people leadership abilities, capable of managing teams and engaging senior stakeholders effectively
- A strategic mindset with the ability to streamline processes and optimise resource allocation
- Strong communicator with an ability to communicate complexity in simple terms and common language
- Known for being able to roll-up the sleeves to get things done
- Project Management skills would be a plus
- Experience with retail and supply chain management would be a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- ADKAR PROSCI or another relevant Change Management accreditation is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical planning solutions and their implementation is advantageous.
Your new team:
You will be of the Transformation team within Global Merchandising and report to the Director of Transformation and Strategic Initiatives. However, your role will support the whole program, meaning you will also work extensively and equally with our leaders and teams within Global Supply Chain and Crafting and Supply
We are looking forward to onboard our new change lead to add best practices and competencies to our change and transformation activities in Program HERO.
You will also have an opportunity to be a part of a Change Management Community of Practice – where you will be able to share ideas, best practices, and lean on other change leads and managers for sparring, as well as, contribute towards creating Pandora’s way of leading and delivering change management!
