Would you like to be part of a dedicated team in Cash Management servicing our LC&I customers? This is an opportunity for you to become an Account Manager in a team of highly experienced Account Managers, adding value to our customers by supporting them in their daily Cash Management. You will be part of a team focusing on improving and harmonising the Cash Management services to our LC&I clients in close collaboration and interaction with Nordic colleagues and stakeholders across the bank.

We add value by developing and providing various solutions in the payments and liquidity management area to customers. With our skilled people across the Cash Management value chain, we deliver significant value to our customers and thereby Nordea. As the Account Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring LC&I clients gets the best possible service and advice for their daily Cash Management setup. What you’ll be doing:
- Be responsible for your own customer portfolio, driving the customers operational agenda as part of the Cash Management customer team
- Build close relations to your customers through personal meetings and daily contacts on their business inquiries
- Ensure timely and professional customer service
- Focus on high quality in all customer relations
- Support building the team's capabilities, mindset and ambitions to secure excellent customer delivery
You’ll join a professional, high performing team of 15 employees in Account Management with a common goal and strong will to co-operate, share and learn. The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:
- Interest in cash- and liquidity management
- Suitable educational background (Bachelor's or similar degree within finance)
- A professional level of Danish and English, both written and spoken
