What the job is …
You will take charge of driving the overall business performance of your assigned product lines within the Satair distribution business portfolio.
Taking full ownership of your product lines, you will play a central role in formulating sales campaigns and capturing market share with the Commercial team, as well as coordinating with our Supply Chain team to ensure an optimized inventory availability to support the customers.
Very importantly as well, you will be responsible to foster a strong relationship with the OEM partners of your product lines to ensure a successful long term partnership continuation with Satair.
You should also expect around 50 travel days a year.
How you will contribute to the team
You should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering and 5 years of B2B commercial experience (preferably in the aviation industry) with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales growth and business development.
You should be self driven with excellent business acumen, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as having a good ability to manage stakeholders and positively influence others towards a common goal.
Last but not least, you are also expected to travel regularly for business, being able to work well in a global team structure and contribute towards a collective inspiring working environment.
