We work in close collaboration with our Technical and Security teams to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional facility management services to Maersk Headquarters. Our responsibilities encompass a diverse range of critical functions, including contract and vendor management, compliance oversight, employee services and benefits coordination, departmental budgeting and financial planning support, as well as internal communication and strategic stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for someone to:
- Be primary contract management partner to our Operation and Catering teams and support them in managing some of our large scope FM contracts at Maersk HQ.
- Be the central figure in our lease, sub-lease, and SLA administration and provide clarity to our teams and business partners in fulfilling their FM needs.
- Collaborate with the legal and procurement departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Be an escalation point for questions related to our employee services delivered through our Front Office.
- Navigate a variety of FM tasks ranging from vendor and contract management to employee services governance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience within contract management, vendor management, facility management or similar.
You possess natural stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization. You are not afraid to successfully navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and truly enjoy meeting and conversing with people from different parts of the business.
You are structured and organized. You have a good eye for the details and at the same time can see the larger perspective and bridge the gaps when necessary.
You are an empathetic person with strong interpersonal skills. You are a self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude.
You have strong desire to follow up on matters to ensure proper closure.
Furthermore you have:
- Experience in working independently within a broad framework.
- Sound judgement as well as strong organisational, administrative, observational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience in MS Office and SharePoint
- Fluency in English is a must
- Fluency in Danish is an advantage
