To support the operational regions, we work closely with a large number of stakeholders, joint ventures, sites, hubs in the regions, warranty, procurement, and original equipment manufacturers. As a team, we encourage our each other to drive projects independently but also collaborate across teams to maximise value creation and utilise everyone’s skills and competencies.
You’ll play an important role in:

- supporting operational issues on trouble shooting, technical support, and operation
- driving reliability-centred maintenance within the transmission scope
- providing technical O&M specialist knowledge to our many projects under development, incl. defining the O&M requirements

To succeed in the role, you:
- have an engineering degree in offshore wind, electrical engineering in high voltage, or similar
- have extensive working experience from the high voltage industry for operations
- have experience from conducting reliability-centred maintenance analysis and applying the results, as well as knowledge of compliance requirements
- have good communication skills and an analytical approach to your work
- are willing to engage and technically lead the team but can also work independently
- have strong communication skills.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
