Role summary:
The TM Coordinator will efficiently oversee Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) operations, including invoice management and purchase orders, to ensure seamless support for sales and store projects. In this role, you will coordinate and manage the procurement and ordering of POSM, plan logistics, and provide support for new store openings, campaign materials, and trade fairs. Additionally, you will address inquiries from sales representatives and customers regarding our POSM.
Your main Responsibilities:
- Own and handle all article numbers, purchase orders, and invoices for both temporary and permanent point of sales material to ensure accurate payment and documentation across all our systems.
- In consultation with our In-store Development Specialist, purchase, and track inventory of all POSM such as fridges, cabinets, print, spare parts etc. to ensure optimal stock levels and manage cash flows effectively.
- Manage the ordering of POSM in accordance with needs for store projects and fairs. Plan and coordinate logistics for the distribution with external partners. Ensure that deliveries of POSM are made on time and according to agreed terms and budget.
- Oversee and organize the processes for rebounds, takebacks, and divestments, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively in consultation with our In-store Specialist.
- Handle incoming questions and requests related to POSM from sales representatives and customers such as service matters and screen registration etc. Provide support to the sales team by supplying them with necessary information and materials or redirect to external vendors.
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with sales representatives, customers, and external vendors.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding inventory and logistics.
- High level of accuracy in handling purchase orders, invoices, and inventory tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues related to POSM operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
