You will be playing a key role in the development of our business outside Denmark by providing support to subsidiaries, and by being involved in group accounting. And you will play an important role with regards to international taxes like transfer pricing, permanent establishment, withholding taxes and overall support to the group.

Key Responsibilities
As a Global Tax Specialist, your core task will be to take care of a number of aspects of our tax reporting, and you will help control and ensure that we comply with our tax obligations, especially in the areas of Corporate tax law, Transfer Pricing, DTT’s, Withholding taxes (depending on your background and interest).

You will be a valued sparring partner in the team and for the finance organization in the tax area, and the tasks will include:

• Support and advise on ad hoc international tax-related questions from management and the organization
• Support on tax-related questions with regards to M&A
• Preparing tax returns and managing corporate tax filings
• Streamlining and digitizing tax compliance processes
• Perform ongoing control efforts, reconciliation and validation of data
• Keep the overview and ensure correct intercompany invoicing following the TP policies
• Prepare and support with update Transfer Pricing documentation in Denmark and abroad
• Prepare and implement Transfer Pricing policies for the Terma Group
• Keeping you updated on tax legislation and practice

Depending on your profile and interests, you may also have the opportunity to branch out to tasks within personal tax for internal needs or VAT and duties.
As you grow in the role, you’ll have the chance to contribute to optimizing our tax reporting solutions, refining policies, and working on exciting projects such as mergers and acquisitions.

Some travel days may occur.

Qualifications
We imagine that you have an educational background in in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You have 3 years of experience or more in tax, finance or accounting—this could be from a corporate role or a public accounting company. You are eager to work with international tax matters like transfer pricing and cross-border transactions. You understand Danish and have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English, as you will handle Danish tax compliance and collaborate with local and foreign tax authorities.

Moreover, we are looking for a relationship builder and a team player, who masters to cooperate and coordinate broadly with colleagues as well as external advisors at all levels. And you are goal oriented with integrity and responsibility in relation to meet deadlines, and you thrive in a busy working day with numerous parallel activities.
