Let’s talk about the role
As an IT Responsible at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for the IT part of the operation and maintenance of the defined Computerised Equipment, as well as ensuring compliance, life cycle management (LCM) and technical advisory on IT security for the area. You will act independently to ensure the IT part of the Computerised Equipment is in compliance with relevant internal and external requirements.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure that the most appropriate levels of service are supplied to meet future business needs
- Act as a single point of contact, liaison partner, and escalation support for the IT part of the Computerised Equipment
- Manage the implementation of new requirements to existing Computerised Equipment
- Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of IT Risk Assessment, Operation and Maintenance instructions, Service Now registration, and Recovery Plans
- Represent the IT part of the Computerised Equipment in connection with audits and inspections
This position is based in both Gentofte and Bagsværd. Depending on the main location chosen, visits to the other site will be required.
Candidate profile
To be the ideal candidate for this position, we imagine you meet most of the following requirements:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree within computer science, business administration, engineering or similar
- Around 2-5 years of experience in working with quality, preferably within IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in development and maintenance of IT systems, with background in production environment being a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English, while proficiency in Danish will be an advantage

About the department
You will be part of the DD&IT, Product Supply (PS), Aseptic Manufacturing Science And Technology (AMSAT) & Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) department, where we manage and perform work associated with the analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of Novo Nordisk's information technology resources.
Our team is responsible for developing IT strategies, policies, and plans, maintaining and using IT resources, and training and supporting technology users. We operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring that our IT systems and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
