Your mission...
As E-Business Unit Manager you are an important contributor to the success of the Consumer Products Division's overall commercial strategy by building a strategic action plan for the E-Commerce channel across the Nordics taking into account risks and opportunities for the channel. Together with your team and with our E-Marketing team, Brand teams and other related functions, you are responsible for ensuring seamless online and flag ship store executions. You are responsible for accurate forecasts and commercial allowance management for your accounts. You will be leading and managing a small, dedicated and talented team. The role reports to the Nordic E-Commerce Director in the Consumer Products Division.
You will...
- Manage, coach and develop your team and lead multifunctional team work between your team and other departments
- Build and achieve the channel results: turnover, market share and commercial margin
- Monitor a retailer-centric account planning process to design a retailer specific business plan where our brands win market shares and brand exposure within the digital shelf
- Build higher level client relationships with a preferred partnership mindset
- Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Create the bridge between Online & Offline Commercial Teams to design a futureproof E-Retail strategy
Your profile...
- You have 4-5 years’ experience from a similar role (Preferably from the FMCG industry) or documented brand or e-commerce/digital experience
- You have the ability to build connections and a network in a matrix organization in order to maximize resources for your clients and projects
- You have a strategic vision and are able to maximize a digital first business model for our brands – you have the courage to challenge status quo
- You are passionate about consumer insights and how to translate them into business opportunities and you are keen to test and learn online commercial executions of our brands
- You are a strong leader and communicator and you know how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience
- You are a proven self-starter with an operative mind-set. You execute and deliver on your strategy and brand plans
- You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and wants to drive results
- You are fact based, analytical and have complex problem solving skills
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You are fluent in a Nordic language and English
