An important part of the team

As an important part of our team, you will gain comprehensive insights into the diverse tasks within our team, while getting to know the many facets of our company. At the same time, you will take ownership of independent tasks and project deliveries, tailored to your skillset and preferably in direction of your education and career aspirations.

Your primary role will be related to NNIT’s ESG program and Sustainability reporting. However, as we work closely together across the areas of our unit, you will also be offered an opportunity to engage in tasks and projects that relate to communication, marketing and commercial excellence.

Primary tasks related to ESG / Sustainability will include:

•working with selected activities within our ESG framework aligning with CSRD and UN COP as examples.
•undertaking sustainability reporting tasks towards customers and authorities (customer specific requests, EcoVadis, CDP, Nasdaq)

Other tasks that may be in scope:

•content creation to support the overall corporate storytelling and specific solution areas across on website, SoMe channels and intranet. May be related to sustainability but could also span other areas.
•working with selected commercial processes with optimization and/or reporting in mind.
We find it important to give you tasks in the areas that interests and develops you and you will be assigned an experienced colleague who is your daily contact person and who, together with you, continuously follows up on your performance and development.

Your profile:

•You are studying the last part of your bachelor's or have just started your masters of a relevant higher education (e.g. business, communication, marketing, etc.) and are ambitious with your studies
•You ideally have some experience with the broader ESG agenda and potentially experience working with sustainability reporting
•You have a good understanding of the digital workspace and have an have a good sense of what works in terms of communication across various channels
•You are a strong communicator in both Danish and English, so fluency in both languages is a requirement
•You are an experienced PowerPoint and Excel user
•You believe in your own abilities, take initiative follow up in a structured manner and are good at keeping track of the details
•You enjoy being part of a team where your opinion is heard

Our unit consists of 12 employees who work across communications, marketing, sustainability and commercial excellence, and you will become an integral part of this unit. We are aware that you, as a student assistant, are also here to learn, and we strive to make your professional development as rewarding as possible.
We have a great, international Young Professionals network in NNIT where all early-career professionals - from student assistants to graduates and junior consultants - regularly meet up for fun events and social gatherings.
