Internal Project Manager with solid understanding of engineering

Interdisciplinary collaboration and team spirit
You will be based at ISC’s centrally located office in Aarhus, as part of our Renewable Energy department, where unity, helpfulness, and a vibrant social environment are top priorities.
The Renewable Energy department consists of approximately 50 colleagues, 16 of whom are based at our Aarhus office. You will be part of our dedicated Development and Digitalization team of three within the department, two of whom are technical specialists, and you will report directly to Mia Burger, Branch Manager in Aarhus. As such, you will become an integral part of a smaller, close-knit team working toward agreed goals.

Your tasks
We are seeking a Project Manager to be the driving force behind our internal projects, ensuring progress and successful results. These projects will focus on optimizing internal processes, enhancing both external and internal communication, and advancing digitalization initiatives.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Project management of internal projects.
• Optimizing processes by identifying areas for improvement and running with it.
• Act as a go-to person, keeping things on track and ensuring successful delivery.

The tasks are diverse and not always defined beforehand, so you need to be the type who spots opportunities and grabs the ball before it hits the ground.

The primary task will include:

• Optimization of internal workflow.
• Implementation of lesson learned.
• Standardization of structural calculations.
• Investigations and implementation of new software.
• Coordinate and execute joint projects with external partners.

Your qualifications
You have a technical understanding, so you know the ins and outs of processes and construction work, but you won’t be expected to produce technical outputs yourself.

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:

• A technical background—perhaps in engineering—combined with a strong motivation to transition into or grow within a Project Manager role.
• The ability to take ownership and drive projects to successful completion.
• A balanced approach, combining a service minded mind with a firm determination when working with others.
• Strong skills in both external and internal communication.
