You will be a part of a newly established team of 5 engaged colleagues, who hold a key role in developing and executing programs, processes and concepts within the P&C domain. Our responsibility includes learning & leadership development, culture, DEI, compensation & benefits and HSE & Well-being. We are part of the People & Culture in Norlys, approx. 35 employees, which has been recently integrated, as Telia Danmark Mobil and Norlys have merged.
Passion about leadership & people development
As a Senior Change & Leadership Specialist, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact leadership and people development in Norlys. Your primary responsibilities, as a part of the team, will be:
- Renew and facilitate leadership development: Design and execute leadership development initiatives and programs and reinforce our leadership principles. Additionally, plan and facilitate leadership gatherings of various size.
- Strengthen and develop change management capabilities: Develop and facilitate change management concepts, forums and training – together with key stakeholders across the company - in order for us to succeed in the large ongoing integration and transformation.
- Lead the performance process: Lead and continuously improve the performance process in collaboration with Norlys Group; and strengthen the concept of ongoing Performance & Development Dialogues. Additionally, being responsible for the People Annual Wheel.
- Contribute to strengthening and developing our learning setup, to ensure continuous development opportunities for the employees.
- Advance succession planning: Initiate and develop succession planning, with a strong link to DEI activities and talent management, to ensure a high potential (leadership) pipeline.
- Together with colleagues across P&C and Norlys Group, elevate our DEI agenda to a new level, ensuring concrete actions and progress in our DEI efforts.
Drive innovation & success
We are looking for colleague with a background in P&C development, who is motivated and finds energy in building a strong development setup. Ideally, you have experience in developing and implementing processes, programs, and concepts within a professional P&C setup.
It is natural for you to engage in collaboration and sparring across the team, and across professional areas of responsibility. You contribute actively and are committed to the success of the team. You also work well independently by being proactive and following through initiatives. Additionally, you have strong communication and facilitation skills and is able to navigate at all leadership levels.
