We are looking for a Master Data Analyst to work closely with our global teams and support divisions by ensuring high data integrity and compliance with the global template.
About the Role
As a Master Data Analyst, you will report to the Global Process Lead for Master Data and play a pivotal role in supporting divisions using the M3 ERP system. You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the quality of master data while guaranteeing adherence to global standards. By collaborating with both local and global teams, you will enhance data governance and develop effective processes. The role also involves supporting the organization’s goals of achieving unified processes and high data integrity within a global ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for divisions, ensuring that data complies with global governance principles.
- Maintain and develop standards for data governance and ensure their consistent application.
- Work closely with local superusers, functional teams, and project groups to implement and improve processes.
- Monitor data quality using KPIs and suggest improvements to strengthen governance and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to local teams in master data management and M3 utilization.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, information systems, or a related field. You have 2–3 years of experience in master data management and a strong understanding of data governance and maintenance principles. Experience working with ERP systems, especially M3, is highly desirable. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills in speech and writing.
As a person, you are structured and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. You enjoy working in global teams and have a keen interest in developing processes and contributing to strategic data governance initiatives.
