We are looking for a Local People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to be part of our team at GN. In this role, you will support HQ-based leaders and collaborate with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) P&C Business Partners to deliver quality support to the business, particularly to leaders and leadership teams below the ELT level.

In the role as People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner at GN you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will join a new team of 5 People & Culture Business Partners supporting the Global People & Culture Business Partners and the business. Our team is motivated, service-minded, and always looking for opportunities to improve our HR practices.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Manage the full operational P&C Partnering scope within the agreed area (typically below ELT or ELT-1), including:
- People-related tasks or projects, such as organizational changes, change management, organizational design, etc.
- Conduct exit interviews, collect and process exit interview data.
- Have responsibility of P&C support and delivery in designated organizations.
- Partner with leaders on employee performance cases (PIP), disciplinary cases, etc.
- Support ELT P&C Business Partner with ad-hoc operational HR tasks.
- Leverage the People & Culture function and specialists to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
- Coordinate annual global processes in relevant areas, including preparation, analysis, and follow-up actions, in close collaboration with ELT P&C BP, CoE, Associate P&C Process BP, and local P&C teams.
- Drive the implementation of the HR agenda within your area of responsibility.
- Handle operational tasks, e.g., process tasks in HRM system Workday.
- Ensure data quality in HRM system Workday for ELT area in close collaboration with local P&C teams.
- Conduct people analytics and prepare people data for ELT P&C BP and/or business leaders as needed.
- Provide benchmarks, guidance on remuneration, extraordinary salary regulations, and promotions.
This role will allow you to gain practical experience, working on key HR initiatives and projects that can significantly enhance your professional portfolio. You'll have the chance to build relationships with a diverse group of professionals, expanding your network within the industry.
Although this is a 12 months fixed-term contract, we recognize abilities and effort. There could likely be opportunities for permanent roles in the future, either within our organization or through the connections you make here.

To fulfill your responsibilities in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have extensive HR experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- Thrive in an international environment with a good business understanding.
- Are comfortable working with data, HR systems, and Excel.
- Have effective communication skills in English - both in writing and speaking.
- Have good presentation skills.
- Are comfortable working with senior leaders.
- Are able to navigate different cultures.
- Can guide and communicate well with your stakeholders.
- Provide structure to your work while being motivated and responding to new situations.
