Lead the evolution of Vivino's e-commerce platform.
As a Senior Product Manager at Vivino, based in Copenhagen, Denmark and reporting to our VP of Product & Engineering, you will shape the future of our e-commerce platform and marketplace, driving product strategy and development to meet company objectives and customer needs. You will define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

In this role, you will work across both sides of the business. You will craft intuitive, engaging user experiences that convert effectively, ensuring a seamless journey from wine discovery to purchase. Simultaneously, you’ll lead the development of scalable tools and services for merchants and sellers, empowering them to manage their offerings, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional results.

Using data, user research, and market insights, you will make informed decisions to guide product development and evaluate the success of initiatives. Collaborating closely with product designers, engineers, and commerce stakeholders, you’ll ensure alignment, shared accountability, and successful product launches.

• Several years of experience with Product Management focused on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (ideally, experience with both B2B and B2C models)
• Strong experience building and scaling partner-facing tools and services, focusing on enabling their success
• Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs, including conversion rates, marketplace take rates, and customer retention
• Profound experience with agile development methodologies and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer-facing UX
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively with senior commercial stakeholders.
