The Position
The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic, highly motivated Senior Communication Partner to join our dynamic Roche Denmark organization in Carlsberg.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact to the media on behalf of Roche and manage strategic media relationships in collaboration with disease areas teams.
• Assess and develop strategies for effective engagement to raise awareness and strengthen our reputation among key external stakeholders, including but not limited to patients, the media and key influencers.
• Lead activities and cooperate with various functions with the aim of preventing and resolving problems and crisis situations that influence the company reputation and market access of our portfolio.

Who you are

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate and product communication and have demonstrated your experience working in a matrix organization with senior leaders and product teams.
• More than 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and understand the Danish media landscape, the healthcare system and the Danish regulations.
• Danish and English proficiency (spoken & written).
• Social media expertise and familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Ability to effectively use insights to establish impactful plans.
• Experience providing executive communications support to senior leaders.
