Your Impact
In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will lead the migration of our legacy customers to a new product version, a critical initiative for the company in the coming years. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of IT migration projects while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee the migration of legacy customers to the latest CRM product version.
- Develop and execute detailed project implementation plans, ensuring successful delivery within timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Lead multiple migration projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the overarching migration strategy and business goals.
- Define and manage project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs, tracking progress and resolving challenges proactively.
- Lead a transversal team of migration consultants and CSM which will execute the different migration activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize migration solutions to automate as much as possible all the technical steps.
- Collaborate with product marketing and enablement teams to communicate the benefits and future standards of the new system to customers to drive adoption and engagement.
- Act as a bridge between customers and all internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure migration goals are reached.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction of our customers throughout the migration process.
- Identify opportunities to enhance migration processes and introduce innovative, scalable solutions (including AI).
About YOU
- 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT project management especially customer IT solutions onboarding
- Proven experience in managing migration projects in similar contexts is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in project scoping, budgeting, planning, and quality assurance
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of managing dynamic project environments
- Customer-focused, with a track record of building strong client relationships
- Strong leadership skills to drive transversal, multi-cultural and diverse teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, custom IT solutions, and related technologies
- Understanding of governance, processes, and standards required for complex project management
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
