In our Offshore Commissioning Site Supervision department, we are proud to have a dedicated workforce of highly skilled commissioning supervisors and specialists, ready to carry out our offshore projects in Europe and beyond. Responsibilities
As a Team Leader for Offshore Commissioning Supervisors, your responsibilities include:
- Allocate trained resources for project execution according to Vestas and country-specific demands.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and create individual development plans with Supervisors.
- Forecast the need for Supervisors based on the project pipeline.
- Manage the budget for the cost center, including time registration, travel, and training costs.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and termination process of Supervisors in collaboration with HR.
- Develop and implement onboarding, training, and development plans for Supervisors.
- Evaluate the performance of Supervisors and ensure close cooperation with project teams to meet project demands.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, including distance management and coordination.
- Mastered skills in managing people.
- Knowledge of local labour policies.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with people from diverse national and cultural backgrounds.
- Effective organisational, coordinating and planning abilities.
- Capability to develop and guide the activities of a remote team.
- Adaptability and versatility.
- Ability to work independently and with an open mind.

Additional information
Primary work location: Aarhus, Videbeck, Warrington or Oostende.
Expected travel: approximately 30 days per year.
