Who are we looking for:
We are seeking an IT Security and Governance Specialist who is passionate about shaping the future of internal IT at Lenus. In this role, you'll combine problem-solving skills with expertise in IT governance, operations, and security, while fostering collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. The following key responsibilities of this position are well-established, however, there’s flexibility to refine and adjust them to best match the skills and ambitions of the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and driving the implementation of our IT governance framework across the organization.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring IT services meet those requirements.
- Identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and security standards.
- Advising and providing guidance on IT integration projects to align with business goals and strategies.
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should:
- Have 2-4 years of experience working within IT-operation and/or IT- Governance.
- Have the ability to work independently, proactively identifying and solving challenges.
- Have a strong interest in IT Security; hands-on experience with IT-security solutions like MDM, XDR, DLP solutions and familiarity with security threat detection and response is a plus.
- Bring stakeholder management skills and experience in bridging the communication between IT and the business.
- Have basic knowledge of compliance frameworks and security standards.

The Team
You’ll be part of the Finance & Legal Team, working closely with senior legal counsel Lene and information security specialist Raul. Together, you’ll form the IT-Governance Committee, driving Lenus’ security, risk, and compliance agenda.
