For ADC, we are seeking an exceptional commercial profile to drive the next phase of growth. ADC is a growing Data & AI consultancy with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Amsterdam. They stand out in the Data & AI consulting space through their focus on data-driven solutions, responsible AI adoption and meaningful impact across major healthcare, financial services, and public sector organizations.

The Position
This is an opportunity to join a consultancy at the perfect inflection point - established enough to have prestigious clients and proven methodologies, yet still small enough for significant individual influence on its direction. This position combines commercial leadership with deep technical understanding. Working alongside PhD-level data scientists and engineers, you will translate complex Data & AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes for new and existing customers.

About you
We are seeking candidates who bring 3-5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in analytics, AI, or digital transformation. Your track record should demonstrate successful business development in the Danish market in one or more of the relevant industries and is backed by a master's degree. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for technology and its practical business applications.
