VIKING’s Global Business Services is operating to support VIKING entities across the globe. Our GBS PPE Fire team is overall responsible for VIKING’s PPE Fire sales orders, using SAP as our major ERP platform.
We have an ambitious business plan, and right now, we are looking for a Global Sales Coordinator Fire to join our team. Based at our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria you will report to the Product & Sales Support Manager - Fire & Rescue and be involved in everyday tasks and projects bringing a dynamic and interesting workday.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The daily work has to be carried out in close cooperation and coordination with local advisor and colleagues from Shipping, Planning, Purchase and Warehouse – Worldwide and our customers. The following tasks can be expected:
- Entering orders received from designated area into SAP
- Go to person for assigned markets or country
- Execution and follow-up of orders received from customers and inside sales within designated area
- Coordinate customer wishes directly with customers
- Cost price calculations on demand
- Provide key persons with statistic material, reports etc.
This position is full time and may include 2-5 travel days per year.
Your profile
The prerequisites for success in the position are that you have:
- University degree
- Experience with sales support/ back office or similar administrative position
- MS Office knowledge
- Experience with ERP system (SAP will be considered as a big advantage)
- Willing to learn
Therefore you are positive, ”can do”, professional and you have helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers. On a personal level you are service minded, responsive team-player, flexible and able to prioritize. At you daily work you are structured, process and detail oriented.
Since our corporate language is English, you have a very good level of English. For this position German language is also an advantage but not mandatory.
