Trainer, BESTSELLER Academy

We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team and take on the training of BESTSELLER’s specialists and leaders – cross-brand and worldwide – in our most essential leadership programmes and future specialist programmes.

YOUR TEAM
BESTSELLER Academy is part of the PEOPLE (HR) organisation that provides a range of support solutions to our business. You will be joining a team of three dedicated trainers and four digital learning specialist – each with diverse backgrounds and specialities, enabling us to meet the wide array of training needs that our business calls for. As a Learning & Development function, we continuously adapt our training solutions to ensure that they match the needs of our brands, group functions, countries, and cultures. At the moment, we are working focused on combining classic classroom trainings with digital performance support – before, during and after training – with help from AI, avatars, training videos/guides etc.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility is to train BESTSELLER’s retail and wholesale colleagues worldwide in our Leadership Transition Programme and in our future specialist programme that is being developed. You deliver business-relevant support across all levels – management, business partners and store managers alike.

The training tools and processes are already in place, so you will have an optimal starting point for delivering high-quality trainings. We work with blended learning and combine our digital learning activities with on-site elements, but most of your trainings will take place online.

It falls on your table to customize the training to the specific needs of the brand and/or market as well as to contribute to ensuring that our training tools and programmes are further developed to continue to support the overall business goals.

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional experience within the field of operations and/or doing training, including 2-3 years of management experience
• A couple of years of experience doing/delivering training in your role
• Creative, proactive, and eager to try out new training methods and learning styles - yet also focused on delivering within the existing framework
• A healthy curiosity for all things digital will get you far in our online training reality
• Fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken – any other languages are considered an advantage, but not a requirement
