The Role
In this role, you will be part of the Global Key Account and Financial Performance team - a young and collaborative team, focusing on driving finance excellence. The team works on diverse tasks including management reporting, process optimization and finance partnering with senior stakeholders. We continuously evolve to best support business strategy and priorities. As Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial part in financial reporting deliverables to the Group Management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting financial analysis and deep-dives to provide insights that inform strategic decisions
- Creating and improving reports for senior leadership, including the Group Management and CFO office
- Contributing to initiatives that ensure financial systems and processes run smoothly
- Developing and refining financial reporting frameworks to meet evolving business needs
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or consulting, preferably in a multinational setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and develop within finance
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively across a range of tasks and projects
