How you'll make an impact
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver electrification projects involving multiple business units. Manage resources, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project budgets and finances.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.
Your background
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, preferably electrical power or a related field.
- Experience in project management within the energy industry.
- PMP certification preferred, but will also be provided by the company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
