Your new team
You will be part of our Italian EPC Project Management and Execution team, a close-knit group of four dedicated professionals. Our team thrives on collaboration, open communication, and learning from each other’s ideas. Together, we are committed to efficiently and successfully executing renewable energy projects.

Your new role
As our next Project Manager (EPC), you will be responsible for overseeing all EPC workstreams throughout the development, structuring, and construction phases of our flagship Agri PV park in Catania, Sicily (215 MW DC), with a key focus on the construction phase. In the future, you will also take on projects across Italy.

In this role you will

  • Own the budget and support project development with accurate CAPEX figures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (M&A, PD, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth project execution and deliverables
  • Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring that both are adhered to during the construction phase
  • Oversee contract management with main contractors during construction, including managing contractual variations and claims
  • Work closely with Engineering and S&P teams to meet project milestones and deliverables
  • oversee and control yield studies and EPC optimization for financial models during the development and structuring phases (once scope expands to additional projects)
  • Define together with the accounting team and the site construction Team a tailored process to follow-up and track site accounting based on Agripv auction operative rules.
  • Supervise and ensure the proper implementation of the Quality Control process during the construction phase in full compliance with EE and Italian technical standards.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field. Relevant experience can complement or substitute formal education.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar project management role within the field of renewable energies (Solar/PV plants), ideally with a track record in constructing infrastructure projects.
  • You are fluent in Italian and have professional proficiency in English.
  • As a person, you are a self-driven, independent decision-maker with strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements: Expect to travel to the construction site in Catania/Sicily approximately 2-3 times per month.
