Full-stack Software Engineer

The position
As a Full-stack Software Engineer, you will play a central role in the development and maintenance of the Better Airport® platform at Copenhagen Optimization. You will help develop and refine the forecast module, which is a key part of their SaaS solution.

Your primary tasks will include:

Ensuring that real customer problems are solved elegantly, swiftly, and durably with maintainable code. You will be expected to enhance the team’s frontend capabilities while also working with backend development. You will write your own code, participate in pair programming, and conduct code reviews, as well as identify and remove bottlenecks in both system performance and the development process.

Part of the teams responsibilities are developing new features and also converting and rewriting existing Angular.js frontend elements to React.

You should possess a natural talent for understanding the underlying causes of difficult technical problems.

Your profile
You should have at least two years of experience as a Full-stack Software Engineer. You should be highly experienced with C#/.NET, React, and TypeScript. Familiarity with MongoDB and Google Cloud Platform will be useful. Experience or interest in event-driven and service-oriented architecture and SQL is important. You should understand RESTful APIs and asynchronous messaging and have a curiosity for open-source solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are needed and a relevant education at Bachelor level or above is a plus.
