About the role
In this role within the BMS department, you will take on project management responsibilities as you design Building Management Systems (BMS) and Facility Monitoring Systems (FMS) and oversee their commissioning and qualification. You’ll work alongside a team of about 14 highly trained engineers who deliver expert consulting services on complex projects. Based in Facility Design in Denmark—where nearly 270 employees and consultants collaborate closely (including our colleagues in India)—you’ll join a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and play a key part in shaping innovative BMS solutions.

How you might spend your days
In this role as a BMS Engineer, you’ll take on project management responsibilities within a motivated, multi‑disciplinary, and co‑creative team, where you’ll:

• Design Building Management Systems (BMS) for both classified and non‑classified areas across various NNE projects, and execute on these
• Design Facility Monitoring Systems (FMS) for classified areas
• Facilitate cross‑disciplinary collaboration and play a key role in the design, implementation, and validation of BMS and FMS in both new and existing production facilities
• Serve as the Work Package Owner (WPO), ensuring timely delivery and quality throughout each project phase

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You are a BMS technician or holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience within BMS and HVAC systems
• You have experience as a Project Manager
• You speak and write fluent Danish and English
