JOB DESCRIPTION

Scan Global is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Basware P2P Specialist to join their finance project core team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, project implementation, user training, and accounts payable workflows to drive the successful roll-out of our global template as part of the Scan Global Logistics Unified Platform program.

Your deep understanding of Basware P2P, coupled with experience in systems like AP Essentials (APS) or similar invoice capture tools, will be critical in ensuring seamless implementation and adoption across multiple regions. This role demands a proactive professional with strong technical, communication, and process management skills.

Your primary tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Implementation project activities according to project plan: including engagement with roll-out countries, analyze local requirements, driving system setup, testing activities, user training, cut-over, hypercare, documentation and handover to system operations.
• Basware P2P knowledge:
  • Technical and functional counterpart to Basware during implementation and development of local legal requirements.
  • Functional configuration and maintenance of user roles/groups in Basware P2P etc.
• Process Adherence/Support: ensuring process adherence during implementation and participate in process improvement activities.
• Collaboration: work closely within implementation project teams and internal stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate is expected to have a technical education at BA og MA level, but experience from a similar role is more important.
Furthermore, you are expected to have:

• Basware P2P Expertise: Proven experience with Basware P2P solutions, including the matching and processing of invoices, or extensive experience in similar systems.
• AP Knowledge: Understanding of accounts payable fundamentals, including invoice processing and invoice matching.
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external vendors. English proficiency is a must.
• Freight Forwarding Skills: understanding of transport business area and the financial transactions generated to be preferred.
• Scan Global Logistics knowledge or experience from the industry.
