What you will do
As an operations and supply chain consultant at Valcon, you will:

• Collaborate closely with skilled and experienced colleagues, many of whom have extensive backgrounds in executive positions. This environment will provide you with significant professional development opportunities
• Work to solve a variation of complex challenges for Danish and international companies across industries
• Work with digital supply chain systems, e.g. implementing and enhancing Integrated Business Planning (IBP), ensuring alignment between business strategy, financial planning and supply chain operations to drive organisational success
• Engage in all aspects of supply chain management, from optimising internal operations to collaborating with clients, suppliers and manufacturing partners. This includes ensuring seamless integration between demand planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, external manufacturing and customer satisfaction initiatives

What we are looking for
To ensure that you will thrive in this role, you should be able to say yes to some or all of the following:

• A master’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience – preferably as a management consultant or from a line of business with a focus on operations and supply chain transformation
• An ability to listen actively, adapt and build relationships in a diverse setting with various stakeholders
• Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Practical experience with cost-reduction programmes
• Knowledge of and broad work experience with the SCOR model
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain transformation spanning several functional areas as well as end-to-end process analysis, optimisation and implementation
• A great sense of humour and value a joyful work environment
