What the job is …
We are looking for a data-driven individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help the Commercial and Support Team develop actionable, data-driven insights and solve business problems using various quantitative tools and core project management skills. The ideal candidate will translate customer satisfaction and order intake expectations (our two primary KPI!) into clear targets for all levels of the company.
This role, based in Copenhagen, reports to the Head of Commercial Process, Performance, & Transformation (ASCX). The role requires continuous cross-functional collaboration with our Operations functions, Product Management, Finance, HR, and IT Teams from all our sites in the world.
You will integrate a new Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation team and work hand-in-hand with Satair's global Performance & Transformation team. This means working in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams with a focus and responsibility on delivering pragmatic solutions.
How you will contribute to the team...
- You are a quick learner, passionate about your work, and driven to get things done in a collaborative way of working.
- You routinely take a hands-on, pragmatic approach to building digital products, like a single pane of glass solution (hacker / entrepreneurial mindset).
- You have a minimum 3-5 years working experience as a performance manager, analyst, or similar.
- You have an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
