Dall Energy designs and delivers combined heat and power plants using our patented, efficient furnace gasification technology. This technology enables the use of lower-quality biomass, ensuring both financial and environmental sustainability.
Your role and impact
As the EL, Instrumentation & Automation Team Lead, you will be a key player in our engineering department, which is the heart of Dall Energy. You will manage the integration of technical designs for EPC biomass projects, ensuring that all systems and components are properly integrated, and function together as intended. Your contributions to project planning, design, and execution will be vital, and your work will have a direct impact on our mission to create sustainable energy solutions at a high quality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead technical designs: Integrate EL, Instrumentation & Automation designs for biomass projects. Coordinate with teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage interfaces: Ensure alignment between different engineering disciplines.
- Ensure quality: Maintain high standards and compliance. Prepare and keep detailed technical documentation
- Solve technical issues: Identify and resolve problems efficiently. Keep a record of issues and solutions
- Drive improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to improve project efficiency. Develop standard procedures and checklists

We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in collaborative environments, showcasing expertise in electrical, instrumentation, or automation. You should be a supportive team member, motivated not only by helping colleagues succeed but also mentoring them. Work experience with KKS is a plus.
You likely hold a degree in electrical engineering or installation, marine engineering, as an automation technologist or similar, with extensive knowledge in relevant standards and requirements within the energy industry. You are well-versed in ensuring safe installations and have a strong understanding of service availability access.
Perhaps you are a superuser in PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider type PLC, and SCADA) and with significant experience in functional safety & SIL, either way you bring technical expertise that is critical for this role. Your thorough experience in managing technical projects equips you to handle the demands of this position. Furthermore, you have previously held a similar role, managing relationships with international suppliers and customers, and have a proven track record of ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of equipment within project budgets. Your ability to conduct detailed technical evaluations of contracts underscores your meticulous and strategic approach to engineering projects.
